Australian cricket legend Ricky Ponting recently purchased a luxurious mansion in Melbourne for a whopping 114 crores. The mansion, located in the prestigious suburb of Brighton, boasts six bedrooms, a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a wine cellar, among other amenities.
However, Ponting's new abode pales in comparison to the Ambani family's extravagant 27-storey skyscraper in Mumbai, which is estimated to be worth a staggering 250 crores. The Antilia, as the mansion is called, features a host of luxurious facilities, including a helipad, a ballroom, a movie theatre, a spa, and a temple.
While both properties are undoubtedly impressive in their own right, it is difficult to compare them directly, as they are situated in different countries and cater to different lifestyles. However, it's safe to say that Ponting's new mansion is a significant upgrade from his previous home, and he seems to have gotten a good deal for his money, considering the current property market in Melbourne.
