The first thing Modi did on his trip was pray at the Kashi Vishwanath temple. While chanting mantras, the head priest did the pooja. Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh joined the prime minister during his visit. Modi hoped that India would make progress and that its people would be happy.
Sigra Stadium is being inspected
After going to the temple, Modi checked out the Sampurnanand Games Stadium's indoor games complex. He said that the stadium and sports centre would be excellent for the young people of Varanasi. The Prime Minister took pictures at the stadium and posted them on social media.
Kisan Samman Sammelan, former Prime Minister
Before going to the temple, Modi addressed PM Kisan Samman Sammelan in Mehndiganj. During the event, he distributed ₹20,000 crores to over 9.26 crore farmers. He talked a lot about how important farmers, women, young people, and the poor are to making India more developed. According to Modi, the mandate that people gave him in the 2024 Lok Sabha election was the first of its kind, and he felt like Mother Ganga had adopted him.
