PM Modi to Unveil Array of Initiatives in Shirdi, Including Darshan Queue Complex

Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Shirdi, Maharashtra, where he will inaugurate and lay the groundwork for a number of development projects.

After arriving in Shirdi, Ahmednagar District, PM Modi will attend the darshan and puja at the Shri Saibaba Samadhi Temple, an official announcement stated. Thereafter PM will inaugurate the temple's newest Darshan Queue Complex. Modern, innovative design was used to create the Darshan Queue Complex at Shirdi, which will serve as a waiting area for devotees.

Following that, he is going to conduct the Nilwande Dam's Jal Pujan, or "water worship," and formally inaugurate the dam's canal system. The Nilwande Dam's left bank canal network will help 182 villages in the districts of Ahmednagar and Nashik.

The PM will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for several development projects worth about 7,500 crore during a public event. These projects include industries like oil and gas, highways, railways, and healthcare.

The "Namo Shetkari Mahasanman Nidhi Yojana" is scheduled to be launched by the Prime Minister during the public event. Through this programme, approximately 86 lakh beneficiaries of Maharashtra's Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will receive an additional 6,000 rupees annually.

In addition, the official statement states that during the programme, he will lay the foundation stone of the maternal and child health wing at Ahmednagar Civil Hospital and circulate Ayushman and Svamitva cards to eligible applicants.

Goa Updates:

At the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru stadium in Fatorda, South Goa, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also officially launch the 37th National Games, on October 26.

Those in attendance would include Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Anurag Singh Thakur, Minister of Sports Govind Gaude, and Minister of State for Tourism Shripad Naik, as reported by Daijiworld.
