After receiving 26/11like attack threats by Mumbai police in Seema Haider case, Uttar Pradesh's ATS (Anti Terrorism Squad) took over the case. UP's ATS took Seema Haider, her Indian husband Sachin Meena and his father for a thorough interrogation on 17 July.
Seema Haider's illegal entry into India is a question of national security. Many people are questioning her stay in India. A Hindu association had sent her a warning to leave India within 72 hours, otherwise they would start an agitation. While on the other hand, Seema has requested UP's CM Yogi Adityanath to allow her stay in India.
The court said that she can't leave the country without informing the police and also, if she changes her address, she has to inform police regarding the same.
ATS is conducting an investigation by their end. While, her neighbours don't want her to go back to Pakistan.
