The situation surrounding the India's Got Latent show has escalated significantly, with over 100 FIRs filed against all individuals associated with the program, including artists and producers. This action follows controversial remarks made by podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, which sparked widespread backlash and led to the Maharashtra Cyber Cell deactivating the show's YouTube account pending investigation. A total of 42 individuals have been summoned for questioning, and authorities have mandated the removal of all related content from the platform.

In contrast, there have been no FIRs filed against the administration of Kalinga Institute of Technology (KIIT) despite serious allegations related to the death of a Nepali student and discriminatory behavior by officials towards international students. This discrepancy has raised concerns about accountability and justice within educational institutions. The incident has led to protests from Nepali students and international diplomatic involvement, yet no formal charges have been made against KIIT's administration.

This situation highlights a perceived imbalance in how legal actions are pursued against public figures versus institutional authorities, stirring discussions about societal accountability in both entertainment and education sectors.
