Investigation Underway

Police arrived at the scene shortly after the explosion and have launched an investigation. They registered a case and are examining the circumstances that led to the accident. Reports indicate that the firecrackers had an explosive capacity comparable to an improvised explosive device (IED), adding to concerns over the dangers posed by transporting such firecrackers.

Authorities are expected to review regulations on the safe handling and transport of high-powered firecrackers to prevent similar incidents during the festival season.
