Due to continuous rainfall in the Himachal area, the Chardham Yatra has been suspended for two days.

The chief minister of Uttarakhand, Pushkar Singh Dhami held a meeting with important officials and discussed the onslaught of rainfall and the effects of the landslides being caused. They then announced the 2-day break in the Chardham Yatra which was through Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath.
