Leading in 34 of the 43 seats it contested, the JMM is now set for a second consecutive term in the state.

- BJP: Leading with 133 seats.
- Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde faction): Secured 57 seats.
- NCP (Ajit Pawar faction): Claimed 41 seats, as of now.
- Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray faction): Managed to win 20 seats
- Congress: Currently at 15 seats.
In Maharashtra, the 288-seat assembly election has become a battleground for two major alliances. On one side is the Mahayuti alliance, led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, which includes the BJP, Shiv Sena (Shinde faction), and NCP (Ajit Pawar faction). On the other side is the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA), led by the Congress, Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray faction), and NCP (Sharad Pawar faction). This is the first election since the dramatic splits within the Shiv Sena and the NCP and Mahayuti alliance is aiming to retain power. However, the MVA has put up a strong fight, although it is unlikely to cross the majority mark.

- JMM (Jharkhand Mukti Morcha): Leading with 34 seats.
- BJP: 21 seats.
- Congress: Secured 16 seats.
- RJD (Rashtriya Janata Dal): Bagged 4 seats.

In the 81-seat Jharkhand assembly election, the fight is between the ruling JMM-led INDIA bloc and the BJP-led NDA.
