A case of fraud of ₹23 lakh in Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) contribution has been lodged against former Indian cricketer Robin Uthappa. Provident Fund Commissioner Shadakshari Gopal Reddy gave an arrest warrant against Uthappa, saying that he failed to deposit the amount of EPF deducted from employees' salary during his tenure as manager of Century Lifestyle Brand Private Limited.
