- Akasa Air has launched a special menu for January to celebrate the Hindu festival of Makar Sankranti.
- The festive menu of Cafe Akasa has been specially curated, keeping in mind the traditional delicacies of the season, and will be available for a limited period.
- To mark the occasion, Akasa has introduced dishes such as Rajwadi Khichdi (made of rice, lentils, and vegetables) and sesame-flavored pan-fried potatoes accompanied with Peanut Chikki (peanuts with jaggery).
- The airline has earlier serviced Shakarkandi Chaat, Patoli with Shrikhand, and Khasta Kachori on festivals like Diwali, Dusshera, Ganesh Chaturthi and Christmas.
- The menu will be available on all Akasa Air flights till January 31, 2023, upon prior booking.
