A 14-year-old boy was reportedly forced to defend himself against a 28-year-old man who had sexually assaulted him multiple times and then tried to blackmail him. The young individual has been taken into custody by the police, highlighting the urgent need for support and protection for victims of such crimes.

The alleged murder in southeast Delhi's Batla House occurred on Wednesday, and as reported by the police, a minor who attends a government school was taken into custody on Friday.

Authorities are currently investigating the accusations made by the minor, who claims that the deceased recorded an inappropriate video of him on a mobile phone during a sexual assault. Police officials have confirmed the recovery of the device involved in the incident.

The minor claimed that the video had been used by the deceased to fulfil his demands, according to Deputy Commissioner of Police (South East) Rajesh Deo.

The deceased was employed as a private tutor and resided with his family in Zakir Nagar. Police have indicated that he was unmarried.

On Wednesday, authorities received a report in Jamia Nagar around 2:15 p.m. regarding blood stains discovered on the floor of a second-floor apartment in Batla House. Upon arriving at the scene, a one-room unit, they discovered a 28-year-old man lying in a pool of blood with a throat slit and severe neck injuries, as reported by officers.

Tired of the threats and repeated sexual assaults, the child decided to murder the man when he had the chance, according to officials. On Wednesday, the deceased contacted the kid again in the morning, and when the two met at the residence at 11:30 a.m., the minor cut the man's neck with a sharp paper cutter. He then departed from the location after stealing the man's phone. A case has been lodged under Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code, and additional investigation is going forward.

According to police, the young boy is a student at a government school located in New Friends Colony and also runs a scrap shop with his father. Authorities have not yet uncovered any prior cases or allegations against the deceased.
