In a heartbreaking incident from Banda in the Sagar district of MP, what started as a normal night turned into a nightmare when over 100 people fell severely ill after allegedly consuming illicit liquor on Saturday night.

Patients complained of vomiting, breathing difficulties, and fainting, and were immediately rushed to the Banda Civil Hospital. Due to their critical condition, many had to be referred to the Bundelkhand Medical College in Sagar. Tragically, 14 lives have been lost so far during treatment.
