Solving Problems for the Next Generation is where Vibha Chaudhary's Journey begins

Vibha Chaudhary says “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. But the reverse is also true. All play and no work makes society dull and useless from all perspectives”
Vibha is a leading dedicated and motivated entrepreneur, she has a degree in broadcast media management from Mudra Institute of Communications (MICA), Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
This degree was the start of Vibha’s life and career. Once Vibha had completed her postgraduation she started interning at Hungama TV and later went on to work at Star TV, both of these channels had children as their key audience and are now part of Disney. Working and experiencing the entertainment selection for children Vibha started wondering what actually was available for the young students in aspects of career and life choices.

ChampBuddy
This thought led to the formation of ChampBuddy, a career counseling platform for children and their parents.
Vibha is a very observant and nurturing person, in fact, one of the main reasons she designed ChampBhuddy to also be interactive with parents is because she saw how Indian youth was often seen in squabbles and arguments with their parents because they made the kids choose a certain life path. This is why ChampBuddy’s tagline says “Win With Your Parents”. Not only this but Vibha had also seen and experienced a lot of students grow up and be stuck or fed up with their life because they had chosen the wrong career.
All these observations led to the making of ChampBuddy. ChampBuddy is a career preparation tech platform meant for 11 to 21-year-olds. They offer subject matter expert views along with experiential workshops which encompass activities like personality development, and topic-based workshops like digital marketing, gaming, animation, etc. ChampBuddy also helps students identify their interests and stay on a selected career trajectory. With ChampBuddy’s counseling students not only figure out their career choices but also learn to stay on them.
With ChampBuddy’s success coming Vibha’s way, one thing she noticed was how difficult it is for first-generation startup founders to survive. Vibha stated that not having any guidance regarding entrepreneurship or any sort of accommodation from our society really affects not one her but a lot of growing startups.

She urges parents to be supportive and patient with their kids especially when they are working hard to create new companies and startups. She also said, “Our society should not celebrate failure, but it should celebrate young entrepreneurs for trying to do something”. As the norm of today is to ridicule anyone and any idea that doesn't work the first time, Vibha urges society to bring change in this practice and start actually supporting and valuing good ideas and hard work.
Despite the challenges and difficulties she faced, she wanted to thank her family as they have never let her down and gave also stayed and supported her. Especially her father who has been a constant pillar in Vibha’s life, both professional and personal. Not just her father but her entire family has been supportive and excited about Vibha’s journey and Sucess. From her father being her support system to her mother celebrating every small achievement of hers, and her brother-in-law trusting in ChampBuddy when it was merely an idea: Vibha is very much thankful to her family.
When asked about what advice she wanted to part to the coming generation, Vibha started “There's a famous quote that says all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. But the reverse is also true. All play and no work makes society dull and useless from all perspectives.”

Vibha also advises people to have a work-life balance as per one's age and their desired pursuits.  She says that it is really important to ask oneself important questions, like What do you want from life, how you will achieve it, and what are the mistakes you are making? What are your significant milestones and achievements? Are you living a life of fulfillment or not?
In Vibha’s mind career isn't just something that is connected to earning money but it also has huge mental, physical, and emotional engagement. Your career choices will have a long-lasting impact on your personality, your sense of happiness, and fulfillment. This is why Vibha advises students to think and plan for their careers and future life rather than just flowing with the wind
