Mr. Yulius Agus Prasetiyanto is a graduate of the Perbanas School of Economics with a bachelor’s degree in Management Finance & Banking.
He has a vast experience in his field. He started his career with one of the biggest media houses in Indonesia, MNC Media Indonesia. He then went on to work with PT AEON as a business development head. Not only this but Mr. Yulius has had interactions with Tencent, China to have the business and joint venture with WeChat.
He started to Join Germane Media in June of 2022 with its headquarters in the United States and has operations in multiple countries like India, Indonesia, and the United States.
Germane Media is an AdTech media company that was created with the purpose of encouraging publishers and agencies to start to utilize their inventories more intensively and more specifically.
For Mr. Yulius Joining Germane Media as Business Head for APAC was also special because after he worked with Geniee, Japan, and later for Video intelligence by Outbrain; he realized how he could also contribute to Germane Media and that he and his CEO Abhishek would be able to provide more surface in terms of AdTech. Not only this but would also be able to hugely contribute to programmatic media.
Although people go through a lot of difficulties when they start leading growing start-up companies. This was not the case for Mr. Yulius, as he quickly adopted a Coffee Mate leadership style. As a coffee lover, Mr. Yulius would sit down with people and discuss business, or anything related to work over a cup of coffee. He thoroughly believes that anything can be solved when tackled calmly with coffee in hand.
This shows how Mr. Yulius’s personal personality has been incorporated into his company. With him being a friendly person he made sure that his employees and business associates also feel that warm and friendly vibe from Germane Media.
Not only is Germane Media Family friendly, but Mr. Yulius himself is quite the family man. He has made sure that germane media is able to operate as a remote office so people can spend time with their families. And so that he himself can spend time with his supportive family even if he is on the clock.
Germane Media has experienced significant growth in terms of revenue and brand recognition. And when asked Mr. Yulius about his success secret and his motivation he stated that working hard till success is tasted is very important.
