Vishwadeep Kamble is a young entrepreneur who is making waves in the world of cybersecurity. Despite his young age, Vishwadeep has already accomplished more than many people could hope to achieve in a lifetime. He is the founder and CEO of HackerHelps Global, one of India's fastest-growing communities in the field of cyber security.
Vishwadeep's journey as an entrepreneur began at the young age of 14 when he first started learning about cyber security. He was fascinated by the intricacies of the field and was eager to learn more about it. He quickly became known for his expertise in the field and began working with several companies and educational institutions. He even had an advanced cyber security internship at the esteemed E-Cell at IIT Hyderabad at the young age of 15.
Despite his young age, Vishwadeep quickly began solving cyber crime cases for several clients. He soon realized that he wanted to help others learn about cyber security and founded HackerHelps Global to train young creative minds. In just three months, he trained over 800 students in his startup and was awarded the Young Entrepreneur Award in 2021.
Vishwadeep is a certified Cyber Security Associate and a Microsoft-certified solution expert. He has over 50 speeches to his name and has been featured in several magazines like Skill Front Magazine. He has also been recognized for his expertise in human resources, management, and product development.
Today, HackerHelps Global has around 100 employees and 300 interns working under Vishwadeep's direction. Despite facing age restrictions in the early days of his career, Vishwadeep believes that every child has the right to learn anything without any age restriction. He is a self-made man who also trains law enforcement officials, making him one of India's youngest entrepreneurs.
During his school years, most of Vishwadeep's friends were occupied with formal schooling, but he was focused on learning more about cybersecurity and helping businesses secure themselves. This led him to make the bold decision to turn down a $2 million funding offer. Despite the offer being attractive, Vishwadeep ultimately decided to reject it since he wanted to expand his company on its own, without the aid of loans or money.
For the company to be successful in the long run, Vishwadeep believes that it must have complete control over the direction and expansion of its enterprise. Additionally, he thinks that accepting funding may have its drawbacks. While it can help the company financially, it can also put a lot of pressure on the business owner to meet expectations and please investors. For this reason, he wants to avoid this kind of pressure and be free to make decisions based on what's best for his company rather than what's best for investors.
He added that they don't want to be constrained by financial terms and restrictions, such as needing to give up equity or provide regular updates to investors. Instead, he thinks that by expanding on their own, the team would be able to maintain the business flexible and market-responsive.
Vishwadeep is optimistic that he and his team can expand their firm on their own despite the difficulties. They have a strong workforce, a sound business model, and a distinct future vision. He believes that age is just a number and that if you are keen on something, you can achieve anything. This philosophy has served him well so far, and it is likely to carry him even further in the future.
In the weeks to come, a video of Vishwadeep's comments at the virtual funding conference in Europe will be aired, further spreading his message of self-reliance and determination. With his passion for cyber security and his entrepreneurial spirit, there is no doubt that Vishwadeep will continue to make waves in the world of business and technology.
