The 46-year-old B.Com dropout has 20 years of expertise in Telecom Products selling handsets & accessories when he discovered that his true passions lay in business and working in fulfilling people's needs. He spent a lot of time trying to learn and understand what he wanted to do when he finally stumbled upon the heart of India, Panipuri. Everyone in India knows and loves this Indian snack. He decided to capitalize on it while providing a healthy way to eat it.
Epanipurii kartz is an on-the-go panipuri vending machine and they enable their franchise members to operate their carts in a contactless manner with a team size of 20 in the Bhubaneswar location.
They offer their customers tons of choices to choose from and satisfy their appetites. Safety is their top priority when it comes to serving customers. All carts are fully automated, and customers are served contactless. All carts serve hygienic food in a clean manner. Along with hygiene, they ensure their food quality is top-notch with an enjoyable taste.
Harish Neotia managed to achieve his dream and has now over 115 E-Panipurii Kartz located in over 25+ towns in 15 states, and they are still growing every day.
But all this was not achieved easily, he faced many hurdles. In 2018, he had to shut down his business due to financial problems. After that, he had to start a new venture with limited funds, so he decided to run a food business. During the course of his research for a suitable business, he came across the panipuri business. After, his success story began in early 2019, and he started this venture in October 2019.
An innovator, he is excellent at building from scratch. He is very keen to keep learning. That makes him excited every day and allows him to stay connected with his work. Being a keen observer really helps him to connect to the real world. His passion is figuring out the problem statement and finding the right solution to it. This gives him a clear view of the real world and how things happen.
His family is a small one, including his retired father, wife, and two children. His family consistently supported him from the start; this also included his relatives and friends, who encouraged him.
Sometimes to succeed, we just have to push aside our doubts and fears, and that’s precisely what Harish did. Every day, he gets out of bed with a lot of ideas for his startup, which keeps him going throughout the day. He used to recall the work that he left last night, and he would start thinking about how he could best deliver the tasks and accomplishments to his startup. He will have a call with his team and share his thoughts, trying to get some enlightenment from them.
His philosophy is simple:
