Palak Devpura, the founder of Spinach Laws, is a passionate start-up lawyer and entrepreneur, who began her career as a litigating lawyer in 2018. Inspired by the start-up culture in the Silicon Valley of India, Palak became an independent legal consultant to assist her entrepreneur friends in framing a proper legal structure and compliance for their business ventures. With a keen interest in tech law, Palak works with fintech, AI, web3, and metaverse startups, helping them navigate the legal complexities of the start-up world.
