Kashi Bids an Emotional Farewell to Lalbaugcha Raja 🙏❤️

Godowlia witnessed a grand and emotional immersion procession as Kashi came together to bid farewell to its beloved Lalbaugcha Raja. 🥹🙏

The streets were filled with devotees and members of the Maratha Samaj, as the replica of Mumbai’s iconic Lalbaugcha Raja was taken through the city before immersion at Lakshmi Kund.

Speaking to VYGR, Hanuman Shinde, Treasurer of the Shri Kashi Maratha Ganesh Utsav Samiti, shared that the idol has been established in Kashi since 2009, and the tradition will continue in the years ahead.

His prayer to Bappa was simple yet heartfelt: May Lord Ganesha bless the people of Kashi and devotees everywhere with happiness, prosperity and success. 🙏✨

As Bappa returns, the emotion remains the same:

Ganpati Bappa Morya!
Pudhchya Varshi Lavkar Ya! ❤️🐘
