Do we expect to see a world where there would be so few doctors, scientists, and most of the illiterate people with no keen interest in innovations and creations just because there is no focus on educating the youth today? They will soon become a liability on this planet.
Education is extremely crucial as it serves the main purpose of life, which is a good and peaceful life with a secure future. Education helps people move up in life by offering better job opportunities and higher incomes. It breaks the cycle of poverty, benefiting individuals, their families, and communities.
Education has so much more to offer like basic moder values that help in a holistic development of a man’s personality. It brings that transformative stage in every person's life when he transcends from being his lower self to his higher self, as many philosophers said.
Education brings people together, reducing inequality by promoting understanding and respect for different perspectives. It gives individuals the tools to fight discrimination, creating a more inclusive society. Schools and other institutions serve as windows, opening up the world for children to learn about their society, environment, and values.

The issue of corruption, ignorance and many more issues have one ultimate solution that is education. No one can manipulate a well informed person into malpractices. Sustainability of a democratic world needs educated people who take their own decisions, are concerned about their community and thinks best for themselves, their nation and their earth.
But what are the possibilities through which we can empower our Young Generation? The most effective way is to make them learn from highly qualified teachers not in terms of merely qualifications but in moral terms, through training and professional development. Technology based education, like the latest teaching methods, smartboards, online availability of learning and teaching resources is crucial to stay current with the rapidly changing world and prepare their students with the essential skills for success, as technology is the future. Lastly, Equal access to all is extremely crucial as Every talented individual keeping his caste, class and gender aside should have access to education for their development and for the development of our nation. No talent should be wasted just because of discriminatory practices as it can cost the prosperity of our nation. Government initiatives like India’s Right to Education is a great step towards equality of Education.
In conclusion, every society must ensure favourable conditions for youth education, fostering well-rounded individuals with the skills and values needed for a meaningful life. Adequate education empowers the youth to be productive, scientifically minded, open-minded, and exemplary citizens. Empowering the younger generation requires qualified and morally grounded teachers, technology-based education, and equal access for all.
