How was Trans Neuron started?
Trans Neuron was started in 2015 after the founder, Shivam Sharma realized the huge gap that is present in education, skills, entrepreneurship, and employment. With his diverse and successful background in working and launching companies, Shivam took on starting Trans Neuron as an exciting challenge. Shivam was convinced of the potential he could unleash by creating Trans Neuron.
What is Trans Neuron?
Trans Neuron is a learn-to-learn company that teaches skills and helps the youth and anyone who wants to be industry ready.
The name itself, "Trans Neuron," literally means transforming neurons, the largest brain cells, to bring focus and growth to the lives of youth.
As of now, Trans Neuron Technologies is based in Bangalore with an active presence in Delhi, Kuala Lumpur, and soon Singapore.

Under the Trans Neuron brand, two divisions flourished:
- eKaushal, the world's first "Skill Ecosystem Management Platform," powered the largest skill ecosystem under India's National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). It brought efficiency, transparency, and accountability to the skill development sector, benefiting millions of youth.
- Track, a comprehensive platform launched just before the pandemic, rapidly gained popularity with state governments, universities, and corporations. It provided a highly advanced learning management system, content marketplace, and industry connections for internships, apprenticeships, and jobs.
iTrack and eKaushal are flagship products that have specialized in training & placements and they have revolutionized the education and skill ecosystem.
In addition to their products, Trans Neuron's Training & Placements division played a crucial role in bridging the gap between education and employment. Recognizing the need for quality training and support for youth entering the job market, Trans Neuron launched its T&P division in 2021. It quickly gained recognition in the corporate training and college training sectors, working with esteemed clients such as IBM, Sony, Zensar, Great Learning, and universities like AISECT Group, Presidency, New Horizon, and Hindustan. The division had successfully trained close to 7,000 learners in the previous year alone.
