Maserati is set to make waves in the Indian automotive market with the anticipated launch of the all-electric GranTurismo Folgore in 2025. This new addition to the GranTurismo lineup promises to blend high performance with eco-friendly technology.
GranTurismo Modena and Trofeo: Power and Performance
The GranTurismo range includes the Modena and Trofeo variants, both powered by a 3.0-liter V6 twin-turbo petrol engine. The Modena version generates 490 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque, achieving a 0-100 km/h acceleration in 3.9 seconds. In comparison, the Trofeo variant boasts an impressive 550 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque, reducing the 0-100 km/h time to just 3.5 seconds. Both models come equipped with an all-wheel drive (AWD) system as standard.
The new GranTurismo is characterized by its striking design, featuring a bold front end with vertical headlamps and L-shaped LED Daytime Running Lamps. The car retains Maserati's iconic grille, prominently showcasing the brand's emblem. The rear design is marked by quad exhaust outlets and sleek LED tail lights.
Luxurious and Modern Interior Upgrades
Inside, the GranTurismo boasts a modernized cockpit with a 12.2-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch central infotainment screen, and an 8.8-inch touchscreen for various controls. The interior design replaces physical buttons with touch-based controls, and the traditional analog clock has been upgraded to a digital display. Additionally, the infotainment system now includes a head-up display option and a premium Sonus faber audio system.
Enhanced Wheels and Trim Differences
The Modena and Trofeo variants comes with 20-inch front and 21-inch rear alloy wheels. The Trofeo trim stands out with its sportier appearance, featuring a more aggressive front design, unique alloy wheels, carbon-fiber accents, and premium upholstery. Conversely, the Modena trim offers a more classic and understated aesthetic.
As Maserati prepares for the introduction of these new models, enthusiasts and prospective buyers can look forward to a blend of high performance, luxury, and advanced technology in the GranTurismo lineup.
