The brand new Maruti Suzuki Invicto made nearly 6200 pre-registrations for the new MPV. These pre-bookings started in the month of June and before revealing its price it received more than 6000 bookings at the cost of Rs. 25,000.
As Suzuki is already ready with 10000 units, increasing number of bookings is not a problem at all. Plus, the additional manufacturing will take place at Toyota’s Bidadi plant in Karnataka.
Suzuki’s Zeta is offering 3 new variants; Zeta+ 7 seater, Zeta+ 8 seater and Alpha+ 7 seater, at a cost of Rs. 24.79 lakh, Rs. 24.84 lakh and Rs. 28.42 lakh respectively (ex showroom prices).
It gives an average of 23.24 km/l. It has a variety of features, like ambient lighting, premium audio system, panoramic sunroof, automatic climate control, wireless phone charger, 360 degree camera, reverse parking camera, vehicle stability control system, 6 airbags, hill start assist and front and rear parking sensor.
It has 2.0 litre four cylindrical hybrid petrol units with an electrical motor. Output of this powertrain is 183 bhp.
There are chances that Maruti Suzuki Invicto will grab the attention in the market more than Toyota Innova Hycross and Mahindra XUV 700.
