Manebhanjyang, a remote Indian village, has an unexpected claim to fame: it's home to a fleet of Land Rovers serving as taxis. These iconic vehicles, symbols of luxury elsewhere, have become indispensable in the region's challenging terrain. Once owned by British colonisers, the Land Rovers were passed on to locals and have since become the lifeblood of the community, navigating the bumpy hills with ease. With over 42 Land Rovers in operation, the village has earned the nickname "Land of Land Rovers."
