Air India's rebranding and the unveiling of its revamped A350 aircraft bring several noteworthy features:

Modern Livery and Logo: A new red-aubergine-gold colour scheme and the introduction of the logo "The Vista" inspired by a gold window frame, symbolising progress and limitless possibilities, as well as a departure from the previous logo featuring a red swan.

Arrival of the A350 Fleet: The first Airbus A350 aircraft in the new livery has arrived. The A350s will be deployed this winter, providing passengers with a modern and efficient travel experience.

Highlights of the A350 Aircraft: The Airbus A350 family of aircraft is renowned for its modernity and eco-efficiency and is equipped to fly a variety of routes, from short-haul to ultra-long-haul (up to 9,700 nautical miles). 300–410 passengers can be accommodated in standard three-class layouts, and up to 480 passengers can be accommodated in a single-class layout.

The symbolism of "The Vista": "The Vista" logo represents Air India's bold and confident vision for the future, blending golden, red, and purple colours in a modern design.

Total Transformation: Beyond the visual changes, the rebranding signifies a comprehensive transformation aimed at reimagining Air India's role as India's flagship airline.

In addition to the rebranding, Air India has recently also commissioned a vast warehouse facility in Delhi, spanning 54,000 square feet. As per reports, it is located near Terminal 3 at Delhi Airport's cargo complex. This centralised warehousing facility will significantly enhance the turnaround time for flights operating out of Delhi. It will store over 1,000,000 engineering spares for aircraft maintenance, ranging from hardware to sophisticated avionics, hydraulics, structural, pneumatic, and mechanical components.
