YouTube, which is owned by Google, is experimenting with an ad-block timer.
A YouTube user who noticed the new timer in the popup's upper right corner subsequently posted a screenshot on Reddit, according to Android Police.
In the comments, a different individual also asserted to have seen this window.

The countdown timer's duration is unknown, however, it is anticipated to be between 30 and 60 seconds.
Some users could be fortunate enough not to currently face these popups since Google appears to be testing this feature with a select few accounts.
In June, the video-sharing website began testing a three-strikes rule for users of ad blockers.
“We’re running a small experiment globally that urges viewers with ad blockers enabled to allow ads on YouTube or try YouTube Premium. Ad blocker detection is not new, and other publishers regularly ask viewers to disable ad blockers,” a YouTube spokesperson had said.
The business claims that ad blockers are against YouTube's Terms of Service.
Playback may be momentarily disabled in severe circumstances if users continue to employ ad blockers, the firm had previously stated.
The company started experimenting with artificial intelligence (AI) auto-generated summaries on the platform a few weeks ago.
With the help of this feature, consumers will find it simpler to quickly scan a video's description and determine whether it is an appropriate choice for them.
These overviews, as per the video-sharing website, do not take the place of the creator-written video descriptions.
