Deirdre O'Brien, the senior vice president of Apple, is set to join CEO Tim Cook on an upcoming visit. The purpose of the visit is unknown, but it is likely related to Apple's business operations or partnerships. The Mumbai store, which is inspired by the city's kaali-peeli taxi art, is scheduled to launch later this month at the Jio World Drive Mall. During his last visit to India, Cook had the opportunity to meet with Bollywood stars, attend a cricket match, and review Apple's operations in the country.
