Is the IPL Craze Fading?

Does it feel like the magic of the IPL is slowly fading away? 🏏

In this video, we dive into why this season feels different and perhaps less "intense" than the glory days.

The biggest culprit? The shift toward a batting-heavy format. When 240 or 250 becomes a routine score, the art of defending a total is lost.

We miss those 160-run thrillers where every ball was a battle and super overs were a genuine possibility. Today, the balance between bat and ball feels broken. 📉⚖️

Another major factor is the Superstar Gap. While the legends like Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are still giving it their all, they are entering the final chapters of their careers.

The "aura" of icons like AB de Villiers, Chris Gayle, and peak David Warner is hard to replace. We have amazing performers today, but do they have that same gravitational pull that makes a fan stop everything to watch?

The craze seems to be transitioning from passionate fandom to casual viewing. 🏟️✨

What do you think is the real reason behind the dropping intensity of the IPL?

Is it the flat pitches, the "Impact Player" rule, or something else?
