In a Shocking turn of events, Bengaluru Based AI Startup CEO, Suchana Seth, turned into a Murderer of his own 4 Year Old Son in Goa.
Suchata, 39-year-old CEO of Mindful AI Lab, has been arrested by Goa police for the alleged murder of her four-year-old son in a service apartment and then transported the body to Karnataka. Arrested in Chitradurga, Karnataka, on Sunday night, she is charged under IPC sections 302 and 201, along with the Goa Children's Act.
The Superintendent of Police (North), Nidhin Valsan, stated that the motive for the murder will only be determined after her interrogation. As she has informed the police that she and her husband were separated, undergoing "divorce proceedings,” this estrangement from her husband has been cited, with ongoing divorce proceedings adding a layer of complexity to this tragic case. The accused, hails from West Bengal, resides in Bengaluru, while her husband, hailing from Kerala, is currently in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Investigation reveals that Seth checked into a rented apartment in Candolim on January 6 with her son. After a two-day stay, she left for Bengaluru. Seth insisted on a taxi to Bengaluru despite staff suggestions for a cheaper flight.
Suspicions arose that the housekeeping staff, finding blood stains and an unusually heavy bag, alerted the police. Seth claimed the stains were from her periods and provided a fake address for her friend caring for her.
The staff mentioned the woman left the apartment without her four-year-old son, carrying an unusually heavy bag. Subsequently, Chitradurga police checked the bag and discovered the child's body.
The situation escalated when police contacted the taxi driver who transported Seth to Karnataka, leading to the discovery of her son's body in her bag. It's reported that after committing the crime, Seth attempted to take her own life by slashing her wrist.
