What sets La Liste apart is its distinctive scoring system rather than a conventional hierarchical placement, detailed further in its methodology. This year, seven exceptional establishments clinched the highest possible score of 99.5.
Among them were culinary gems like Le Bernardin in the USA, Guy Savoy in France, L'Enclume in England, La Vague d'Or in France, Schwarzwaldstube in Germany, Sushi Saito in Japan, and Lung King Heen in Hong Kong.
Highlighting global culinary diversity, numerous Indian dining destinations earned well-deserved spots on this prestigious list. Leading the pack, Indian Accent in New Delhi secured an impressive top score of 95. La Liste also recognized several other esteemed restaurants in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Hyderabad.
