When a baby was born in Pakistan with two penises that he could use, the doctors there were amazed.
The infant has two "normal-shaped" genitalia due to diphallia, a highly rare medical condition. The infant was born without an anus for bowel motions. An article on the occurrence was published in the International Journal of Surgery Case Reports.
Only 100 instances of diphallia have been documented in the medical literature, with the earliest instance dating back to 1609. Both penises could flow urine, and one was one centimeter longer than the other, according to physicians.
