A number of well-known wrestlers, including Vinesh Phogat, Bajrang Punia, and Sakshi Malik, have been protesting at Delhi's Jantar Mantar since April 23. They claim that WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh abused their sexual relationships. Two FIRs were filed on April 28 after the women wrestlers approached the Supreme Court. Under POSCO, two FIRs were filed against Brij Bhushan Singh, one for sexual harassment of a minor girl, and another for sexual harassment of other complainants. The Delhi Police established a Special Investigation Team (SIT) earlier this month to investigate the allegations of sexual harassment made against WFI president Brij Bhushan Singh by female wrestlers. In the meantime, the Games Service has dropped movements of every kind of wrestling alliance till the examination concerning the charges by the wrestlers is finished.
