Remember Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman?

The Indian Air Force pilot became a national figure after the 2019 India-Pakistan aerial combat, where he was captured after his MiG-21 went down in Pakistan. He was later awarded the Vir Chakra for his bravery.

After around 22 years of service in the Indian Air Force, Abhinandan has now retired from military service and is reportedly beginning a new chapter as a commercial pilot with Fly91.

The cockpit has changed.
The mission is different.
But the journey continues. ✈️

From flying fighter jets to carrying passengers to their destinations—Abhinandan is taking a whole new flight.
