Mumbai police arrested a man who put the lives of 7 children in danger as he was riding a scooter with them. A video went viral on Twitter about this man who was riding a scooter with 7 kids on a pillion. In that tweet, the user tagged Mumbai police so that they would be aware of the incident.
Later on, Mumbai police took the charge and arrested that so-called ‘Super Rider’. That man didn’t wear a helmet while riding. Police charged him under section 308 of the IPC, which says, “Anyone who does any activity knowing that this activity will cause death, would be guilty of culpable homicide not amounting to murder.”
The rider took the risk of putting 7 children under threat, knowing that an accident could happen and it would harm the children.
