Escobar Club in Bandra (west) reported an argument between the two groups over spilled champagne on Saturday night. The incident took place at 1 am and police arrested 7 employees including the manager.
Two groups which came to the club had some disagreement between them. Later, a group open the champagne which spilled at another table. Both groups got into an argument. Club authorities interfered in the matter. Bouncers of the club took over the matter and they allegedly assaulted their customers. Bouncers kicked and punched customers at the club. They used rods to assault their customers.
A video of the whole incident went viral on social media. One of the customers contacted the police. Two customers who had serious injuries were shifted to Bhabha hospital. An FIR has been registered against the club.
