A pilot reported a security breach at a civil airport, prompting the Air Traffic Control (ATC) to direct the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) to track down the attackers CSF arrested the man from Haryana and handed him over to the Delhi Police. A joint military investigation was launched and an officer was suspended.
According to an official, the 'alarming' incident took place amid strict warnings issued by security agencies during the ongoing Republic Day celebrations.
