Modi launched projects worth about Rs 13,375 crore, which included permanent sites for well-known schools like IITs, IIITDM, and the Indian Institute of Skills. With the opening of new IIMs and more halls for Kendriya Vidyalayas and Navodaya Vidyalayas, the country will have better schools all over.
Buildings for healthcare
Along with launching the "Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana," the Prime Minister also opened the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Vijaypur, Jammu. People in Jammu and Kashmir can get all the medical care they need at the AIIMS because it has modern tools of the trade.
Building up an airport and roads
Modi laid the foundation stone for an airport terminal building that will be built in the future. People will be able to fit more into this building, which will have more up-to-date services. As part of his efforts to improve facilities and connect people, he also started building roads like the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra motorway and the Srinagar Ring road.
