Two bike-riding men were seized by Mumbai's Vile Parle police after they were allegedly witnessed drinking.
Pillion rider Vikas Kagda, 25, was observed by a police squad stationed in Andheri East on Wednesday drinking alcohol that was being placed into his mouth by biker Kumar Chandrashekhar Jha, 25, who was traveling in the wrong direction.
According to a report, the police unit, which was commanded by assistant inspector Avinash Rakshe, told the rider to stop close to the Bamanpada Cigar Factory in Andheri. For a time, we trailed the motorbike before it came to a stop near Bamanpada. Inspector Rakshe said that they claimed to have finished the alcohol before going to acquire more.
Two people were discovered with bottles worth Rs. 1,140. Chandrashekhar and Vikas were accused of breaking the IPC's prohibitions for aiding and abetting, reckless, and negligent driving as well as the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and the Motor Vehicles Act.
An individual was caught by Mumbai Police earlier this month after his two-wheeler prank, which included two women on it, gained popularity online. The regional BKC police arrested the suspect, 24-year-old Faiyaz Qadri, on April 2 in Saki Naka.
In the viral video, two girls were seen riding motorcycles in front of and behind Qadri while he performed a wheelie while not wearing a helmet.
After seeing the video, Mumbai police nabbed Qadari in the Saki Naka area.
