She praised the accomplishments of social justice activist Shri Karpoori Thakur, whose centenary celebrations came to an end lately.
On Republic Day, President Murmu emphasized the ideals of democracy, diversity, fairness, and freedom that define the country. She celebrated the consecration of the Prabhu Shri Ram idol in Ayodhya and underlined its historical significance, signifying India's judicial process-driven rediscovery of its civilizational history.

Moving on to accomplishments, Murmu emphasized that India hosted the Group of 20 Summit, demonstrating the interest of the populace in international relations. She praised the Women's Reservation Bill's passing and emphasized how it will revolutionize gender equality. The President acknowledged India's space accomplishments, including the Aditya L1 launch and the Gaganyaan mission preparations.
With the greatest GDP growth rate among the major nations, President Murmu praised the healthy health of India's economy. She highlighted the government's welfare programs, which include mission-mode plans to improve residents' quality of life and the distribution of free food grains to over 81 crore people for five years.
The President also praised India's athletic achievements, including record-breaking medal totals at the Asian Games and Asian Para Games. She expressed concern about international wars and advised everyone to learn from India's ancient knowledge and adopt a non-violent lifestyle. Furthermore, President Murmu applauded India's contribution to international climate action through the 'LiFE Movement.'
Prioritizing equal chances, President Murmu urged the youth to embrace technological advancements as she wrapped up her speech.
