On May 18, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will signal the beginning of the Vande Bharat Express in Odisha. The Puri-Howrah Vande Bharat train will take around six and a half hours to travel the 500 miles between Howrah and Puri, the home of Lord Jagannath. Starting on May 20, the Howrah-Puri-Howrah Vande Bharat Express will run regularly.
Executive chair cars and AC chairs are the two major coach types that are offered on the train. On the Puri-Howrah route, an executive chair car costs $2615 plus 389 in fees, while an AC chair costs $1430 plus 328 for catering.
Both the AC chair and the executive chair car on Train 22895, leaving from Howrah-Puri, cost $1260 each, plus $162 for catering. The most important thing to keep in mind when travelling by train is that eating is completely optional and that skipping meals won't result in any additional catering fees.
Vande Bharat Express service between Puri and Howrah will begin on May 20. Howrah leaves at 6:10 in the morning and gets to Puri at 12:35 in the afternoon, but Puri leaves at 1:50 and gets there at 8:30. The IRCTC has announced that the train will run six days a week.
Between Puri and Howrah, the 16-coach train would stop at seven stations: Khudra Road Jn, Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack, Jajpur K Road, Bhadrak, Balasore, Kharagpur Jn, and Howrah.
