According to Raksyakar Bhoi, this mango variety stands out not only for its vibrant appearance but also for its unique flavour. It is unlike other mango types because it is rich in vitamins A and C, as well as antioxidants. These qualities make it beneficial for protecting the body from diseases and improving overall health. Moreover, the Miyazaki mango is a good source of dietary fibre, potassium, and magnesium.
