Miss World Karolina Bielawska embarked on a one-day visit to Kashmir, participating in a special event. Alongside fellow pageant champions such as Miss World India Sini Shetty, she shared a breakfast with esteemed guests at a luxurious five-star hotel in the area. The day's itinerary includes a tour led by Ms. Bielawska and Ms. Shetty, accompanied by Miss World America Shree Saini and Julia Morley, the Chairperson and CEO of the Miss World Organization.
Rouble Nagi, representing the Rouble Nagi Art Foundation, and Jamil Saidi, Chairman of PME Entertainment in India, were also in attendance during the morning gathering. This marks a significant moment as Ms. Bielawska becomes the first international beauty pageant winner to visit Jammu and Kashmir. Her visit is in anticipation of the upcoming 71st edition of the Miss World 2023 pageant, scheduled to take place in India later this year.
India, a six-time winner of the esteemed title, is set to host the pageant after an interval of almost three decades. The last instance of the country hosting the event dates back to 1996.
