Manoj Sane says victim was 'like daughter' 'died by suicide

Another horrible incident, where a partner murdered his girlfriend got the attention of the entire nation. This incident in Mira Road, Mumbai, in which 56 year-old accused Manoj Sane killed his 32-year-old girlfriend. It is said that he cut her body into pieces and then cooked it in a pressure cooker.

In custody, Manoj Sane revealed another new story, saying victim Saraswati Vaidya was like her daughter. On June 3, he found her dead when he reached home. He was afraid that he would be behind bars and would be the prime suspect in the case and, therefore, keeping the police matter away, he did that. He said that she suicide, she had taken poison. But a senior Police Officer did not believe him, saying he was trying to mislead the investigation.

Sane will be in police custody till June 16. That will help to bring valid points from the investigation and may prove this new story by Manoj Sane as a false story.
