India to export goods to Israel via Arab trains, announces Foreign Minister of Israel

Israel's Foreign Minister, Eli Cohen, stated on Tuesday that India, Israel, and Arab nations can collaborate to enhance regional connectivity. Cohen added that Gulf region railway networks could potentially transport Indian cargo to the Israeli port of Haifa in the coming years. Shortly after his arrival, Eli Cohen addressed an India-Israel business forum, where he advocated for expediting the proposed free trade agreement between the two countries. During his speech, the Israeli Foreign Minister discussed the potential for collaboration between Israel, Arab nations, and India to establish connectivity towards the West. He explained that Indian trade could arrive at an Arab port and then be transported by train to the Haifa port, outlining the framework for future connectivity in the West Asian region.
