In a historic and groundbreaking judgment, the Indore bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court has delivered its verdict on the decades-old Bhojshala dispute.

Relying firmly on the scientific survey report submitted by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), the Court stated that archaeology is a science and its empirical evidence cannot be ignored.

The bench officially recognized the structure as originally being a Goddess Saraswati Temple and a prominent center for Sanskrit learning established by Raja Bhoj. 🏛️✨

In a major legal shift, the High Court partially quashed the ASI's April 7, 2003 order that had previously limited the worship rights of the Hindu community, thereby restoring their rights to perform puja-path within the complex. ⚖️🙏
