Saini is leading the BJP's bid for a third consecutive term and is contesting from Ladwa. Their were also key figures like Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Vinesh Phogat also contested for the elections today. The exit polls are expected soon and will provide early insights into whether the BJP will retain power or face a tough challenge. As the state gears up for the final results. Today's, assembly election in Haryana where voters voted for 90 constituencies through a single-phase poll. 1,027 candidates contested the elections include prominent political figures like Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, and JJP's Dushyant Chautala. As the Haryana Assembly elections progress, voter turnout has reached 61% as of 5 PM. Mewat registered the highest voter turnout at 68.28%, while Faridabad recorded the lowest at 51.28%.

Yamunanagar recorded the highest turnout at 56.79%, while Gurugram reported the lowest at 38.61%.

Voting at the 20,632 polling stations across the state began today morning. BJP, led by CM Saini, asserted its ten-year development agenda while the Congress campaign, under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi, mentions most of the important agenda points such as the Agniveer scheme and farmers' protests. The result will decide the next phase of Haryana's politics.
