The "heated" argument

On Monday, Justice Vaishnav and Justice Bhatt were presiding over a bench, deliberating a case, and they encountered a disagreement regarding the order to be issued in the matter during a live stream of the hearing on the High Court's YouTube channel, from where the video went viral.

Justice Biren Vaishnav raised his voice on Justice Mauna Bhatt during an ongoing tax matter, saying, "Then you differ, yaar. Then you differ. You have differed in one, differ in the other." In response, Justice Bhatt said, "It's not about disagreeing." Justice Vaishnav then recommended, "In that case, don't whisper... Instead, issue a separate order."

After this argument, Justice Vaishnav suddenly left the bench and declared that the court wouldn't handle any more cases.
