An outstanding aspect of the project is the adoption of innovative green technology, deserving of commendation. By utilizing 90 per cent of the milled material, equivalent to approximately 20 lakh square meters of road surface, the project significantly reduced the reliance on new materials, limiting it to only 10 per cent. This eco-friendly approach has effectively curbed fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, making a substantial contribution to reducing the carbon footprint of the region. The completion of the Ghaziabad-Aligarh Expressway within an impressive timeframe is a testament to the unwavering dedication and innovative spirit of India's road infrastructure industry. As a vital transportation link and critical trade route, combined with its eco-friendly practices, the expressway has the potential to drive regional development while minimizing environmental impact.
