BJP leader and senior advocate Gaurav Bhatia has reportedly filed a defamation case in the Delhi High Court against independent journalist Saurav Das and his team over a social media post that was allegedly fake and edited.

The post was later deleted, but Bhatia reportedly claimed that no apology was issued. He has strongly criticised the content and said the matter will now be decided through legal proceedings.

Meanwhile, Saurav Das has responded to the allegations, dismissing the controversy and questioning the claims surrounding the post.

The matter is now before the court, where the allegations and legal claims will be examined.
