Due to the constant rainfall in Maharashtra about 45 people have been trapped in the Yavatmal district near the Mahagaon tehsil.
The rescue operation to help the stranded citizens took place through boats guided by the help of Indian Air Force helicopters.
IAF and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) were seen involved in the rescue operation in pictures that surfaced online.\
According to reports all the stranded citizens were saved and relocated to safer areas.
