After almost 6 years of Sridevi’s Demise, a YouTuber/Self-Styled Investigator, Deepti R Pinniti has gained attention for making Sensational Claims on the death of Sridevi. She has made similar ‘sensational’ claims on the death of Bollywood Actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
However, The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a charge sheet against her, accusing her of forging letters from prominent figures, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
The agency has filed a charge sheet against her and her associate Kamath under sections of the Indian Penal Code, including 120-B (criminal conspiracy), 465, 469, and 471.
CBI registered a case against Deepti R. Pinniti, based in Bhubaneswar, and her lawyer Bharath Suresh Kamath last year, after a complaint filed by a Mumbai-based lawyer Chandni Shah, who alleges that Pinniti produced fake documents, including letters from high authorities, in her YouTube videos.
Lawyer Shah stated in her complaint that the suspect Deepti Rani Pinniti has repeatedly and bizarrely accused the government as the sponsor of the death of Sridevi.

Pinniti, who claimed to be a self-styled investigator, made allegations about a supposed ‘cover-up’ between India and the UAE government over Sridevi's death according to her ‘investigation’.
In December, CBI conducted a raid at Pinniti's residence in Bhubaneswar seizing her phones and laptops. These investigations revealed that the documents presented by Pinniti during her YouTube discussions, particularly those involving the Prime Minister and Defence Minister, were forged.
Pinniti, reacting to the chargesheet, claimed that the CBI did not record her statement, raising concerns about a conflict of interest. She argued, "When the letters in question are incriminating against the very authorities under whom the CBI comes, CBI becomes a party of conflict to be the entity to collect evidence."
In a recent video, Deepti claimed her team went to Dubai to source the "original documents" from the hospital. Deepti said she placed these documents in the court. "Many people ask me why I share these documents on social media and don't go to the court. I have already approached a court," Deepti said in a video adding that she also had witnesses from Dubai to comment on the issue.
